1. Weekend Package

Our all-inclusive weekend package offers everything you need to hold a beautiful wedding weekend. The experienced owners of Macedonia Meadows will ensure every detail is perfect for your big day.

2. Day Package

Our day package is perfect for the couple who wants a small and private ceremony with a beautiful backdrop for photos. Includes a barn reception and time to explore the venue and take lots of photos.

 

Weekend Package

 

Our all-inclusive weekend package offers everything you need to hold a beautiful wedding weekend. You’ll have plenty of time to set up and hold your rehearsal on Friday, get ready on Saturday morning, and enjoy your wedding and reception. The experienced owners of Macedonia Meadows will ensure every detail is perfect for your big day.

Weekend Package: Check in Friday at 2;00pm. Check out Saturday at 11:00pm.

 

The Weekend Package Includes:

  • Consultation with the venue manager - limited to ONE (1) hour for prop/set up decisions

  • Friday set up time and rehearsal/rehearsal dinner if needed

  • Four (4) outdoor ceremony location options

  • Reception Barn

  • Forty (40) 9’ long Barn wood tables

  • Five Bistro Tables

  • Twelve (12) 12’ long Church Pews

  • Four small, white Church Pews

  • 400 White Chairs

  • Unlimited Access to Macedonia Meadows’ Prop Collection

  • Bridal Suite for overnight stay

  • Groom’s Retreat for overnight stay

Day Package

 

Our day package is perfect for the couple who wants a small and private ceremony with a beautiful backdrop for photos. After your ceremony, you can head to the barn for a reception. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the property and take as many photos as you’d like.

 

The Day Package Includes:

  • Ten (10) hours on the property/Bridal Suite usage for two (3) hours only

  • One (1) Hour consultation with the venue manager prior to wedding for prop selection

  • Outdoor ceremony

  • White chairs (Set up provided by staff)

  • Reception Barn

  • Authentic barn wood tables for your reception

  • Guest “sign in” barnwood table

  • Limited decor from Macedonia Meadows’ Prop Collection (Plates and glasses are NOT included in this package)

  • Groom’s Retreat is NOT included in this package but can be reserved through Airbnb, see link.

Starting at $3700 - limited to one hundred (100 guests) or less

*Each additional fifty (50) guests - $500

Unlimited wedding decor is included in our Weekend Package and a limited amount included in our Day Package.
